What is the difference between the concierge and full planning service?

The concierge service includes everything that can be done remotely or online. So it includes a zoom meeting between Wonderdam and you, full planning guide and all the reservations. The full planning includes all of those but also an in person meeting as well as full availability during the event/occasion. For example able to make changes and coordinate while the event/occasion is ongoing.

When ordering the date night package do I still need to pay at the restaurant?

No! We try to always either prepay or at least get you a gift card for said restaurant. Usually of the value of 50€ but it can variate depending on which activity you are also doing. In the rare situation where we find a perfect restaurant for you but they don’t accept prepayment we will reimburse you the appropriate amount we deem necessary to pay the dinner. If there is leftover in the prepayment/gift card the arrangement is done with the restaurant in question. If you opt for the picnic option then we will personally deliver you the food basket.

Is the getaway for two all inclusive?

The getaway for two package includes the reservation and payment for two nights of an average hotel or one night of a premium hotel and transportation from Amsterdam to the getaway place. We also prepare you a detailed plan of activities, transportation guide and places to eat and can reserve those for you if you want but you will have to pay for those yourself.

Is tax included in the prices?

Yes! For the pre-made package the price includes all the taxes. For the concierge/full planning services you will only pay taxes to us based on our commission, but by reserving we will also be paying the vat for the corresponding services.
